1. Returns

We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee upon approval of the returned item.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • After 14 days and up to 30 days, approved returns will be eligible for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, and bodysuits

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

  • If approved within 14 days: a full refund will be issued.

  • If approved after 14 days (up to 30 days): store credit will be issued.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges if the requested item is in stock.

Please contact us before sending your item back to ensure availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.
