1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, and bodysuits

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Store Credit (Approved Returns Only)

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, a store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on HangoutWear.com

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges if the requested item is in stock.
Please contact us before sending your item back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.
